Commission for Carriers

How commission works when you accept loads

How It Works

When you accept a load, the commission is automatically deducted from the displayed amount. The amount you see is what you'll receive after commission.

Important Note

The price shown to you is already after commission deduction. You don't need to calculate anything - what you see is what you get!

Example Calculation

Let's say a supplier posts a load worth £2,000:

Medium Load Example (£2,000)
Original Load Value: £2,000
Commission Rate: 4% (Medium Load)
Commission Amount: £2,000 × 4% = £80
Amount You Receive: £2,000 - £80 = £1,920

Better Rates for Bigger Loads

The larger the load, the lower the commission percentage

Commission for Suppliers

How commission works when you post loads

How It Works

When you post a load, you pay the original load value plus commission. The commission is added on top of your budget, so you know exactly what you'll pay.

Important Note

You pay: Load Value + Commission The commission is clearly shown before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises!

Example Calculation

Let's say you want to post a load worth £2,000:

Medium Load Example (£2,000)
Your Load Budget: £2,000
Commission Rate: 4% (Medium Load)
Commission Amount: £2,000 × 4% = £80
Total You Pay: £2,000 + £80 = £2,080

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our commission structure

Are commission rates the same for carriers and suppliers?

Yes! We believe in fairness. Both carriers and suppliers pay the same commission rates based on load size: 5% for small loads, 4% for medium loads, and 3% for large loads.

How is the load size determined?

Load size is based on the total value of the load in GBP:

  • Small: £0 - £1,000
  • Medium: £1,001 - £5,000
  • Large: Above £5,000

When do I pay the commission?

For Suppliers: Commission is paid when you post the load, along with the load value. For Carriers: Commission is automatically deducted from the amount you receive - the price shown is already after commission.

Are there any hidden fees?

No! Our commission structure is completely transparent. The rates shown are the only fees you'll pay. No registration fees, no monthly charges, no hidden costs.

Can I get a discount for multiple loads?

Our tiered system already rewards larger loads with lower commission rates. If you regularly post large loads (above £5,000), you automatically benefit from our lowest rate of 3%.

How is commission calculated for loads with a price range?

For loads with a minimum and maximum budget, we use the maximum budget to determine the commission tier. This ensures you get the best rate possible for your load size.
